 I've used Aaztec Heating since our business discovered them 15 years ago. When you work on homes pre-1940 you need a company familiar with boilers and able to convert radiator systems to infloor heat. John and his guys have always done a great job for us. It doesn't matter if its remove a radiator so we can sand a floor or boiler replacement. They've always been very competitive. As a contractor you look for who's going to give you the best service and who's on your team if we need to solve a problem. Aaztec gets an A rating in both of those area's. I never hesitate to recommend Aaztec Heating to my customers needing boiler service or to contractors looking for an estimates on their next project.  The Mirror Lake Condominium Association had 16 boilers replaced September 2006 by Aaztec Heating. The work was done in a timely manner. We took bids for the project and we believe we got the biggest bang for our buck with Aaztec. The work crews were tidy and courteous and all questions and concerns have been promptly responded to.  Aaztec Heating has furnished and installed 23 boilers, burners, and apurtences in the last ten years for me. They have always stood by their word, done an excellent job on the installations, been there right now to take care of a few problems that have happened during the periods of Warranty. His equipment is sound and well maintained and ample. Aaztec Heating has always been able to furnish us with Lien Waivers and Final Payment Time. Therefore I consider him financially secure. 

 Asbestos Abatement Associates has been working in relationship with Aaztec Heating for the past 15 years. He has performed a number of services for our company, including installation of Burnham Boilers, at our rental properties and we have never had any problems.
